At Christmas House MEET AND CELEBRATE is part of our framework. The first floor of the mansion is perfect meetings, luncheons or parties of any kind. Each room has pocket doors to separate it from the rest of the house for a more intimate setting. A large kitchen will make service to any event appear seamless.
The first floor holds up to 50 people comfortably depending on the nature of the event. Each room can be adjusted with furniture and tables to reflect the event look and flow. Want an outside event? Also available on the property is our gorgeous porch and yard. Our yard can hold a tent 40 feet by 40 feet.

Need a place to get ready for your wedding? Want a great place to take photos? Need a great spot to have a rehearsal dinner? Our rooms are also available for the pre-wedding festivities. Rent the Carriage House so the wedding party can all get dressed together. With two bathrooms and three bedrooms, the Carriage House makes getting ready together easy. Or rent the Grand Suite for the bride to get dressed, then keep it for the bride and groom to come back after the wedding.
Living room, Library and dining room are the rooms located on the first floor of the house. They can be set up in several different styles to accommodate the type of meeting the client wants to have. Depending on the size of the group attending would depend on the fee. Pricing can be from $100. Please contact us for more information.
Garden, yard and porch can be rented out for small weddings and receptions. This is charged at the $150.00 for the first 4 hours and $50.00 per hour after that.
